Hello!

My name is Sara Tamames from Portugal.

I have been ill with MCS for 10years. I am now extremely ill with digestive arest, lack of oxigen in the body leading to paralysis sometimes, convulsions and extreme weakness.

I have been following your work for 5years since I discovered the MCS illness and it has been very helpfull. Thank you for doing this work.

Recentely I have been reading extensively on the work of Dr. Richie Shoemaker and Erik Johnson about the effects of mold toxins (mycotoxins) on the human body and how to avoid them.

The information I learned was like pieces of the puzzle that explained so many reactions I have had that I could not understand in terms of MCS and chemical triggers. I am compelled to share this information with you.

I came to the conclusion that my MCS was likely triggered by an exposure to toxic mold alongside toxic chemicals and has been continuously aggravated by exposure to mycotoxins in contaminated items and environments (mostly my own posessions).

I now have reduced my exposure to man-made toxins to very low levels ( I live in an isolated place in the middle of the mountains), yet I continued to be very ill and worse and worse.

When I discovered this new information I started to apply some of Erik Johnson's protocol to avoid mold and have greatly improved.

It seems to me that the effect of mycotoxins in MCS people has been greatly underestimated by doctors and patients alike.

Many hundreds of people report developing MCS after toxic black mold exposure and having MCS go away after avoiding toxic molds.

I have felt in my own body similar changes and I wish to share this knowledge with other people.

Mold avoiders have reported that people with MCS they have visited are living in places with the worst mycotoxins and that might be the cause of their illness.

Any items exposed to an environment were toxic mold grows (or even to objects coming from that environment) are contaminated with mycotoxins - even if the objects are organic and free of man-made toxins. I have sometimes reacted to organic objects I have bought that in theory should be safe - now I know why.

Mycotoxins don't have any smell, but we can train ourselves to detect them by the effects we feel in our body, including burning sensation in the respiratory airways, brain confusion and swelling, heart palpitations, feelings of panic or intense depression, amongst others...

I don't know if you are aware of this information, so I send you some links about Mold Avoidance.

I wish somebody could have told me about mold toxicity 5 years ago, when I discovered about MCS, I could have fixed my exposure problem.

Now I have waisted all my money trying approaches that did not work and I don't know how I can do what I want to do to get better. Now I have no money and no help from others...

To do extreme toxic mold avoidance is hard and I still haven't figured out how to do it within my life circumstances, but I am convinced that if I manage to do it I can be a strong healthy person again and I believe countless other MCS people would benefit as well.

The problem with toxic molds is coming to be well known in the US, but it seems in Europe it is still dismissed and misinformation prevails. I hope things can change in the near future.

If you want to contact me and discuss more use my facebook account.

Greetings,

Sara Tamames

Hola, sólo quiero saber si en España hay alguna asociación u organización de afectados por operaciones de abdominoplastia o reducciones de estómago. Gracias
